Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website located at energysecurityagency.com and evsafety.shop (the "Sites"), including the IMI Certification landing page and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Sites or Services.

Services

Energy Security Agency, Inc. ("ESA," "we," "us") provides information about and enrollment in IMI (Institute of Motor Industries) high-voltage EV and hybrid certification training programs. Course availability, pricing, dates, and other details are subject to change without notice.

Enrollment and Payment

• Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Payments are processed securely through Square via our WooCommerce storefront.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
• ESA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In the event of cancellation by ESA, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course start date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future course date, subject to availability.
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of Energy Security Agency, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Third-Party Links

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ESA. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

IMI Level 1, branded as EV1Global, is sold by the EV1Global Partnership. Energy Security Agency, Inc. is a member of this partnership. Levels 2, 3, and 4 are operated solely by Energy Security Agency, Inc.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Energy Security Agency, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Sites or Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
