Payment Processing

Payments on our site are processed by Square via our WooCommerce-powered storefront. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Square for processing. We do not store your full credit card or debit card numbers on our servers. Square's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, which you can review at squareup.com/legal/privacy.

IMI Level 1 — branded as EV1Global — is sold by the EV1Global Partnership to which Energy Security Agency, Inc. is a member. The Energy Security Agency, Inc. authorized the partnership to create the online version of Level 1 and contributed to its content. The other 3 members of EV1Global Partnership are the companies co-developing the online version of the course and operating the learning management platform that the course is delivered from.

IMI Levels 2 & 3 and Level 4 are designed and delivered solely by Energy Security Agency, Inc. at its training center in Ostrander, Ohio.

Children's Data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with their personal information, please contact us to request deletion.
